Refund policy

Last updated: October 3, 2026

WalkerShop sells physical goods to customers in the United States. This refund policy explains how to ask for a return or a refund. It does not take away rights you have under the law where you live.

Contact us first

Email jacobwalker@walkerjacob.com with your order number, the item, and whether it arrived damaged, was not what you ordered, or you changed your mind. If the item is damaged or wrong, include clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not ship a return until we send those instructions. We do not publish a walk-in return address.

If we made the mistake

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier. After we confirm the problem, you can choose a refund of the price you paid for that item and the shipping you paid us on that order, or a replacement when we can supply the same item. We cover the return shipping we authorize.

If you change your mind

You may ask to return an unused item within 30 days of the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition, with its packaging, tags, and parts. You pay the cost of sending it back. After we receive and inspect it, we refund the item price to your original payment method. We do not refund the original outbound shipping charge for a change-of-mind return unless the law requires it.

Returns we may refuse

We may refuse a return that was used, washed, assembled, damaged after delivery, missing pieces, or sent back before we gave return instructions. A refused return may be sent back to you at your expense.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Your card issuer or bank decides when the credit appears. We do not refund an order that has not been paid.

Shipping times

The delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. If a shipment is late or the tracking stops, contact us and we will look it up with the carrier. A delay by itself is not a reason to refuse delivery of a package that arrives in the condition you ordered.
